Learn how to create a Quote within Parspec
Step by Step:
- Start by Creating a Project and upload your list of products. Check out this short video on how to upload your BOM.
- Once you're in the Specification tab, you can rearrange or organize your products into sections by double clicking into "New Section" and modifying the section name.
- Within the Pricing & Lead Time tab, you can enter in the cost, discount, margin, sell price, lead time, and source quote number information. To learn more on how to create lots, view this article here.
- Add Services, Freight, and Taxes information in the respective boxes by clicking on the pencil icon.
Services 
- Services fee can be calculated by a flat or % of order
Freight 
- Freight fee can be calculated by a flat or % of order
Taxes 
- Taxes are calculated by a %
- Tax % can be applied to products, services, and/or freight
- Create Quote once all the information has been entered. In this section, you will customize the header, cover page, how you want pricing and lead time to be displayed and terms & conditions. Learn more about customizing your quote here.
- Enter in any terms & conditions as necessary.
- Click Create Quote to generate your quote and land into the preview screen to download as a flattened PDF or share it via an encrypted link.
