Learn how to take advantage of the pricing and lead time history
Step by Step
- Head into the Pricing & Lead Time tab. Pricing and Lead Time History will be found by clicking this icon
on the respective line item. 
- The information that will appear in the pop up will be all history of the same product and configuration.
TIP! You can edit the model number to only have the series name so we can search for history based on the manufacturer and series name.
- If you want to populate pricing information, select the line item and choose to Reuse Cost, Reuse Cost & Discount information or Reuse All Pricing information.
Pricing and Lead Time Dashboard
For those with Quoting access, you will find the Pricing and Lead time Dashboard on the left panel to conveniently review history information without having to create a quote. All pricing and lead time information entered in by you or a team member will appear here.
Begin by typing in the manufacturer and model number to start searching. You an filter by certain criteria (e.g. quote owner, quote status) or sort by pricing and lead time information.
Import Pricing History into the Pricing and Lead Time Dashboard
Download the Pricing History File Template to import pricing and lead time data, making it easy to access and reference through our Import function.
After uploading the Pricing History File, refresh the page, and you'll see the Source column labeled as 'Import' with all the uploaded data displayed.
Click on Manage Columns to add and rearrange the Data Uploaded column within your Pricing History dashboard screen!
