Update Project Stage and BOM Status

Update Project Stage

1. Click into the project and the Project Stage dropdown
2. When selecting Closed- Won, Closed-Lost, or No Bid you will be prompted to select the won or lost bid
3. Mass update BOMs by selecting the respective checkbox and marking it as won, lost, or abandoned. Click Update to save. Note: the default document will be the latest version, click on the dropdown to select a different document version.
   
   

Mass Update BOM status

1. Click on Update Statuses in the Bill of Materials section
2. Select the respective checkboxes to update the Quote document status of each BOM and mass update. Note: You can also update the project stage on this screen
