      How to Troubleshoot

      If you encounter an issue, please send us a message. Until we get back to you, you can take a few steps to solve the issue:
        1. Are you using Google Chrome? If not, please download and use Chrome. 
        2. Type CTRL + SHIFT + R to trigger a hard refresh and resolve the issue.
        3. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache.
      1. We are planning to integrate Parspec with more browsers.
      2. These are temporary fixes. Notify us if you encounter any issue, even if these tips helped fix it. We will work on resolving them permanently.
