Reporting Dashboard - BETA Release

Parspec is thrilled to introduce the new Reporting module, currently available in a closed Beta release.

This module is designed to provide Admin users with comprehensive insights and analytics to help make informed business decisions. The Beta phase is crucial for testing the software’s stability and usability before its anticipated commercial launch in Q3 or Q4 of 2024. The goal of the Beta is to ensure the software is stable and usable in real-world conditions

Reporting Module Features

The Reporting module offers powerful tools to capture and analyze key business metrics, including:

  • Win Rate: Track the success rate of converting quotes to orders.
  • Revenue: Analyze total revenue generated.
  • Margin: Monitor profit margins on quotes and orders.
  • Profit Margin: Gain insights into net profitability.
  • Projects Created: View and track the number and status of projects.
  • Quotes and Submittals/O&Ms: Analyze quotes and submittals/O&M packages created by user, customer, and branch location.

Access and Availability

Access to the Beta is limited to selected Parspec customer accounts. These users have free access to the Reporting module during the Beta phase. The broader commercial launch, expected in Q3 or Q4 of 2024, will make the Reporting module available to all customers, at which point it will become a paid feature.

Expectations from Beta Users

In exchange for free usage of the Reporting module during the Beta release, Beta users are expected to:

  • Provide Feedback: Share your experiences, attend check-in calls to discuss and review designs/enhacements, and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in Surveys: Complete occasional surveys to provide structured feedback on specific aspects of the Reporting module.
  • Report Issues: Promptly report any issues or bugs you encounter to our support team, ensuring we can address them quickly.
