Learn how to generate an O&M Package.
Step by Step:
- Head into the Documents tab to add an installation guide, drawing, warranty, or other documents. Note: If you don't see the colums there, click on the vertical dots
and Manage Columns 
- Click +Add under the respective document column. Note: if you need to use the same install guide or warranty for multiple line items, utilize the "Add/Reuse Document" feature.
- Once you're done adding the documents, click on Create Document, Create O&M to generate your package.
Installation guides and Warranties are searchable within Parspec
O&M Credit Usage
A package that that contains at least one install guide or warranty document will utilize an extra credit when created.
Examples:
A package with only datasheets will be one credit
A package with only install guides and warranties will be one credit
A package with both datasheets and install guides and/or warranties will be two credits
