      How to utilize rounding when quoting

      Learn how to apply rounding to your sell price when quoting in Parspec

      1.  Head into the Pricing and Lead time tab and select the three vertical dots and then Rounding Behavior 
      2. The rounding behavior pop up will give you options to select rounding and the rounding precision. Note: this would be on a BOM by BOM basis.
      3. Once you enter pricing, the Sell Price column will update to the rounding behavior selected. If pricing information has already been entered before selecting the rounding behavior, it will automatically update.

       

      Set up rounding as a default for the branch location 

      As an admin, you can make rounding a default for all jobs and all quotes in that branch location. 

      1. Head into your settings > Branch Location > Edit
      2. BOM Settings > indicate rounding behavior > Save
