      Aggregate Existing Submittals Workflow

      Learn how to take an existing submittal and aggregate it into one.

       

       

      Step by Step: 

      1. While creating your BOM, select "From an existing submittal package" and upload your existing lighting submittal 
      2. Select your list of products by clicking "Select Schedule" and draw a selection around the products and "Confirm Selection". We will map out the Type, Manufacturer, and Model number. 
      3. Unselect anything that isn't a datasheet and "Confirm"
      4. The final step would be to decide to include or exclude the existing header and footer. If you want to include them then you can "Confirm & Continue". If you want to exclude them and use your own header/footer within Parspec, you would click on the orange box and drag the blue dot to remove the orange box around the header and footer. Click "Apply to All" so this reflects for all datasheet and click "Confirm & Continue".
